The 30/20/10 is a great cardio workout that consists of 30 seconds of a 30 percent of your ( 100 percent maximum ) you can do for 30 seconds, Then it is 20 seconds 0f 70 -80 percent of maximum you can do what would be ( 100 percent ) Then finally 10 seconds of 100 percent all out maximum effort.
That is 1minute per round for 5 minutes. you can repeat up to 4 times but with 2 minutes of rest between each 5 minutes of the work.
