I’m Dean – a personal trainer with over 7 years of experience helping clients transform how they look, feel, and move. I offer 1-to-1 personal training in Prescot as well as fully online coaching for clients across the UK.

 

Whether your goal is fat loss, building strength, or simply feeling more confident in your body, we’ll create a plan that works for your lifestyle. From your very first consultation, I’ll build a tailored programme around your needs, fitness level, and goals. That includes training sessions, meal guidance, and weekly check-ins — all designed to help you stay on track and get results that actually last.

 

You’ll also get access to my custom training app with exercise demo videos and progress tracking, so you can train where and when it suits you — even between sessions.

    My 1-to-1 sessions are based out of a private gym inside Urban Kingz in Prescot, Merseyside. I also work with clients across the UK and worldwide through online coaching.

    You’ll get a fully personalised training plan, regular check-ins, progress tracking, and ongoing support via app or message – all tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
  • Is your coaching beginner friendly?
    Absolutely. We start from your current level and progress together.
  • What equipment do I need for online training?
    We can work with whatever you have – whether it’s a full gym setup or just bodyweight exercises at home.
